GENERAL INFORMATION

A & S Machinery proves both flexibility and versatility to all our systems of component parts. All of our models provide custom tailoring to fit each application. Our basic units consist of the center section only, which contains the highly productive and heavy duty beam with supporting bearing blocks, and carriage with the retractable saw arbor as furnished on all 5x5 and 7x7 machines. 

By adding only the components tables and other auxiliary equipment needed, a custom engineered panel saw for YOUR plant is the result. Why pay for extras that are never used? Why do without those that help you realize the utmost from your investment? 

7X7-H & 5X5-H PANEL SAWS 

The basic 5x5-H and the 7x7 unit consist of the center section only, which contains the highly productive and heavy duty beam with supporting bearing blocks, and carriage with the retractable saw arbor as furnished on all 5x5 and 7x7 machines.

7X7-V VERTICAL PANEL SAW 

The beam and carriage of the 7X7-V is identical to all the Series- A precision machined 7X7 structural beam supporting a cast iron carriage with 16 bearing blocks. A counter balance weight has been added for additional safety and ease of operation. Limit switches and controls are also the same, with the magnetic controls and air "trio" in a convenient position at the rear of the all-steel fabricated base which constitutes the super-structure of the entire machine

5X5-V VERTICAL PANEL SAW  

The beam carriage of the 5X5-V is identical to all  the Series- a precision machined 5X5 structural  beam supporting a cast iron carriage with 12 bearing blocks. A counter balance weight has been added for additional safety and ease of operation. The A.C. Drive system, similar to other 5X5 saws, is located at the floor line to facilitate maintenance and lubrication. Limit switches and controls are also the same, with the magnetic controls and air "trio" in a convenient position at the rear of the all steel fabricated base which constitutes the super-structure of the entire machine.

7X7-HS & 5X5-H PANEL SAWS  

Again proving the flexibility and versatility of the A & S Machinery system of components parts, the Model 5x5-H and the 7x7-HS provide custom tailoring to fit each application. The basic 5x5-H and the 7x7 units consist of the center section only, which contains the highly productive and heavy duty beam with supporting bearing blocks, and carriage with the retractable saw arbor as furnished on all 5x5 and 7x7 machines.

5X5-G V-GROOVER  

This versatile, flexible machine has precision groove applications from prototyping to production runs. This precision machine is a quick cross groove, holding close tolerances. Cycling is semi-automatic. With AC frequency drive, giving you  variable cutting speeds. Depth cut is adjustable.
